Skills for Life

Welcome to 1st Stoughton Scout Group

1st Stoughton Scout Group offers adventure, fun and challenge to young people between the ages of 6 to 18 in the Stoughton area of Guildford (Surrey, UK).

We help young people, and our volunteers develop #skills for life; teamwork, problem solving and leadership through a varied scouting programme each week. Skills that have helped Scouts all over the world become everything from teachers to careers, from footballers to film starts, from astronauts to Olympians.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
